Abdul has helped across the southern regions of Afghanistan and is an instrumental member of the Plant for Peace management team. Based in Kandahar he arranged the Plant for Peace Kandahar Jirga (Tribal Elder Gathering) and oversees the company’s representatives of all Southern Provinces as well as guiding the planting of trees generated from the Plant for Peace project.
Mr Noorzai is an Afghan financial sector expert with 13 years experience, specialising in financial sector supervision. He is part of the financial sector reform and development team. He holds a masters degree from ? university of Japan, He joined Plant for Peace as Finance Manager in 2013
He graduated from the horticulture department of the agriculture faculty at Kabul University in 2008. He is also reading for an MBA at Kardan University; this is likely to be completed later this year.
