Mr. Noorzai is an Afghan financial sector expert who has 13 years (8 years part-time and 5 years full-time) of continuous experience, specializing in financial sector supervision, being part of the financial sector reform and development team in an emerging market, transitional and post-conflict country such as Afghanistan. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration from a prestigious university of Japan. He joined Plant for Peace as Finance Manager on 15 Jan 2013.
